New Blogrings

I actually created these blogrings a while ago, but haven't given them much attention until now. Here they are:

A Gentle and Quiet Spirit
Ladies who live their lives according to I Peter 3:4 "But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price."

I love books by Elizabeth Prentiss
This is a blogring for those who have been inspired by the writings of Elizabeth Prentiss, author of Stepping Heavenward.

I read missionary biographies
This is a blogring dedicated to those who love to read missionary biographies and are inspired by their dedication to the Lord.

I read old Christian books
This is a blogring for anyone who loves old Christian classics such as books by Oswald Chambers, Amy Carmichael, Elizabeth Prentiss, missionary biographies, and other books that encourage total dedication to Christ.

Do you remember a story about a wife and mother who worked tirelessly for her husband and their farm to lose her beauty as the keeper of her home and care giver to her children.  She not only neglected family and their needs but also her personal needs.  The story ends with a visitor who leaves a white hanky and the glimmer of hope of what could be and thus her life is changed to reap many blessings.  I thought perhaps I read that story via one of your links and am anxious to share it with my daughter.  Thank you for listening,  Growing in Christ, Christie

@Shepherdsfold - I actually haven't heard that story before, but it sounds like a good one :)
